Life experiences are vital and very important in the life of a real chaplain, for that reason Chaplain Fellowship Ministries places a lot of value on life experiences and ministry field experiences. We understand that it is the Lord who ordains, we simply recognizes what He has already done. We provide our members with the legal documentation and credentials needed to satisfy the laws and requirement of the public at large.

Members of Chaplain Fellowship Ministries receive ordination, license, bible training and certifications as a benefit of membership in accordance with their qualifications, skills and experience. Members are ordained and licensed as nondenominational chaplains and ministers! Please do not under estimate yourself or your life experiences.

PLEASE READ EACH OPTION CAREFULLY BEFORE MAKING YOUR DECISION

BASIC CHAPLAIN MEMBERSHIP: Basic Chaplains are those who have very little experience in ministry and who have never been ordained. Basic chaplains will be issued their their membership and licensed to minister as a chaplain and minister for a period of one year, or until they have completed the required courses of study for ordination. Chaplain Fellowship Ministries provides the required course of study on CD only, free of charge. Certificates of completion will be issued for each course completed with a passing score of at least 82%. After all required course have been completed Chaplain Fellowship Ministries will officially ordain the licensed chaplain as a legally ordained chaplain and minister. SENIOR CITIZENS MEMBERSHIP: This option is for senior citizens over 65 years of age who have experience in ministry and have been legally ordained. This option is one that many of our members who are retired pastors have choice. Chaplain Fellowship understand that senior citizens live on a very limited income after retiring. Through their many years of experience they have gained much wisdom and are very valuable members of the community and ministry. Many volunteer and paid chaplains must show proof each year that they are registered and members in good standing with their ordaining body "ordaining body meaning church or ministry who ordained them". Most agencies or organizations today want to know that chaplains and ministers are being held accountable for their actions, without accountability there is no creditability. REGISTERED CHAPLAIN MEMBERSHIP: To be a registered chaplain you must have 3 years of experience in your existing field of ministry. If you feel like you qualify but are not sure, you may request to speak to a senior staff member by calling (254) 774-9363 who will be happy to assist you. Many volunteer and paid chaplains must show proof each year that they are registered and members in good standing with their endorsement and ordaining body "ordaining body meaning church or ministry who ordained them". Most agencies or organizations today want to know that chaplains and ministers are being held accountable for their actions. The days of the lone ranger chaplain or minister are coming to an end. If you feel like you qualify but are not sure, you may request to speak to a senior staff member by calling (254) 774-9363 who will be happy to assist you. Applicants applying for Senior Chaplain must provide a copy of their certificate of ordination, all degrees, training certificates and certifications.
